About Me

Hey! I’m the face behind Shanna Thurlow Photography! I am a wedding/family photographer in Utah/Salt Lake County. I’m always willing to travel

I’m a wife, mom, dog mom, friend and people lover!

I would love to get to know you and your love story! I love to see couples in love! I get so giddy when I am taking couples pictures.

I know that at your session we will laugh and have fun! I love to laugh and get to know others and what makes them who they are.

I’m not going to lie, I might cry at your first look or wedding! You have been warned! Haha! Seriously though.

I would love to see if we are a great fit. I will not only be there to take your images. I will be there to help you along your journey. You are gaining a friend who is so excited for you and your new adventure!

What's included in every session

Online Gallery

Each session comes with a professional high resolution online gallery. I use Pass Gallery to deliver your images. You will receive 100’s of edited images which will be available to download to your personal devices for up to 2 weeks. *No raw images will be available to the client. Only JPEG images.

Digital Images

You will receive your digital images in a timely manner. You have the option to print through the online gallery or you can print at your favorite printing company. I also can give suggestions of printing companies if needed.

Print Release

With each session, you will receive a print release form. This allows you to take the images and print them at your desired location.

Quick Turnaround

I try to get your pictures delivered to you in a timely manner. I will deliver images 2 weeks after your session. Wedding sessions will receive images 4 weeks after your session.

I have been to known to deliver a lot earlier and surprise my clients!

Extras

I offer many extras! I can soon help with prints, canvas’, photo albums. I also can do special request editing, announcements and much more! Let’s chat about what you would like to look into!

Additional fees will also apply to travel to certain locations, travel weddings and elopements. I’m always up for an adventure!

Once a year I offer mini sessions. It is usually around August or September. This is where you can fit in a shorter session at a little lower price. I pick a location and schedule times around sunset. I have clients sign up for time slots that way.

If you want me to keep you updated on when the next one will be happening, join my emailing list and stay tuned!!

Do you want to get a discount on a future session? Refer a friend! When your friend books a session, have them mention that you referred them. Then when their session is complete you will receive a credit for your next session. The credit amount depends on the type of session they do.
